About Berlin to Kalpitiya

The Berlin to Kalpitiya program is a long‑term intercultural educational partnership linking schools and youth through experiential learning, climate awareness, and community engagement. Students and teachers from partner schools in Berlin (including Nelson Mandela and Friedensburg‑OS) and Sri Lanka participate in reciprocal exchange visits, workshops, and sustainability projects that build practical skills, environmental understanding, and intercultural dialogue. The Goethe‑Institut Sri Lanka supports creative learning modules, including climate‑positive theatre production and cultural workshops, reinforcing shared learning between continents.

How to Get Involved
