Kite Trips & Everyday Spots

At Kitesurfing Lanka, kitesurfing is never boring! We have three ‘everyday’ kite spots ready for you, but for those looking for a change of scenery, we offer a variety of other kite spots and trips. Explore the North of the peninsula, where small islets, reefs, and sandbanks between the lagoon and the ocean create perfect conditions for downwinders and adventure trips—including camping on desert islets.

Most of our kite trips run during the summer season, though we can also organize some year-round adventures. Trips can be tailored for groups, and prices vary depending on location, duration, and special requests. All trips include transport by boat or vehicle, food, drinks, and lodging (if applicable).

We intentionally run all trips in partnership with the local fishing community, ensuring they benefit directly from tourism. Over the past 15 years, we’ve built strong bonds with the local community of Kandakuliya Kudawa, making every trip not just exciting, but socially responsible.
