Best kite camp in Sri Lanka if not Asia

One of the friendliest places i have visited. The staff is worldclass and make you feel like family, the camp is beautiful and ever-evolving, and kite conditions great with islands and spots infront of the camp easily accessible. I have been to KSL 3 times and will surely come back again

Brilliant kite paradise

Very beautiful camp, felt like paradise. Beautiful nature, and very friendly staff, I felt like part of the family. I especially enjoyed the amazing food and the outdoor shower in our lagoon bungalow. The kite spot is amazing! Amazing holidays, I can truly recommend. I will be back!

Best kitesurfing spot for solo travelers

I had the most amazing stay here. The camp is perfect for solo travelers, has an awesome vibe and a super friendly staff. I came here for 24 days and we had wind 90% of the time so we could kitesurf at least once a day (first half of the trip it was even possible to kitesurf both in the morning and afternoon).

January in a kitesurfing paradise

Excellent place with delicious local food, friendly personnel and ideal wind conditions for kitesurfing in a nearby lagoon. Family friendly but also hood for solo traveling. Sandy beaches, diving possibilities, safaris.

Location, good vibes and fab food

Best kitesurfing trip in years! Stunning location on the beach with kiting at your back door. Great food, fun beach bar and amazing friendly staff. I’m it one to leave reviews but this place deserves it! We’ll be back!

Great place to stay

What an amazing welcoming place to stay . Great food great rooms and loads to do even if you don t Kite Surf , like me . I had 2 great days diving , abundant marine life , healthy Corals. Plenty of sightseeing in the area or learn more local flora n fauna. I would definitely return and the Staff were always .

Great Kitespot

Awesome flat water lagoon for Kitesurfing. Team is very friendly and courteous. Cool chilling area and bar. Also possible to borrow SUP,Kajak and Bike for free.
Defenetly want to come back soon again.

Definitely go! No hesitation

Amazing food, amazing rooms, amazing staff. Kite assistants at the beach are super helpfula and friendly. Highly recommended. Great for solo travellers and awesome spot for kite progression! Go! Location is best to get to by taxi.

Best kiting camp

I had a great time, it was an amazing week away from everything, outside of time, met great people, ate great food and learnt how to kite from scratch. The place is clean, the staff is great, and the site is gorgeous. Definitely recommend.

Perfect place for a solo kite traveler

Great experience staying with Kitesurfing Lanka! I had 9 night in an AC bungalow with the lake view, which was truest amazing. Food is good, cleanliness is top notch and most importantly the staff is truly the best! I also had the pleasure of taking lessons with Lauren – the coolest and most energetic trainer I have yet to meet!

Best kitesurfing place to progress

Many different spots around KSL (see, waves, flat…). Great “rencontres” with super friendly people who also taught us how to get better. Staff are Top people, no-nonsense, helpful, sympathetic, and all. We’ll be back.

Awesome spot

Best place to learn Kitesurfing in Sri Lanka! amazing, patient teachers and fun vibe. Great place to meet fellow kitesurfers/travellers. Food and accommodation is also great. We’ll be going back for sure.

Good times at KSL.

we had a great stay at KSL. staff was very friendly and helpful. food was amazing and the kite team also very experienced and helpful. can highly recommend the place. safe clean and good fun place KSL.

A great place to learn kite

This is a safe and lovely place to learn. Pick up from the airport was €85 each way, but it is a 3 hour drive (in a comfortable van with aircon so I slept most of it!). Arrived in time to sort room and do an afternoon lesson.

We came as a couple Christmas weekend in NYC.

The Wallace was a great choice that we will return to again. Check in and out was effortless. Rooms are brand new and immaculate. Our standard king room felt spacious
