Looking for a spacious villa in Kalpitiya for your family, friends or kite group? Our Four Bedroom Villa offers flexible accommodation in Kalpitiya with the privacy of your own space while enjoying everything Kitesurfing Lanka has to offer. The villa can be booked as individual studios or apartments, or exclusively for groups of up to 12 guests.
Designed by KSL co-owner Leo together with local craftsmen, the villa is located just a short walk from the beach and our watersports center. Whether you book a private studio, the first-floor apartment or the entire villa, you’ll have full access to our restaurant, yoga shala and all camp facilities.
Ideal for couples, families, groups and longer stays, it’s the perfect base for your kitesurf holiday in Sri Lanka—combining comfort, community and the relaxed atmosphere KSL is known for.

Ground Floor Studios (2 Units Available, each ideal for 1 to 3 guests)

Bedroom & Living Space: King-size bed plus a built-in daybed (ideal for an extra guest/child). Work desk with chair and dedicated reading lights. Built-in wardrobe. Air conditioning and ceiling fan.

I had the most amazing stay here. The camp is perfect for solo travelers, has an awesome vibe and a super friendly staff. I came here for 24 days and we had wind 90% of the time so we could kitesurf at least once a day (first half of the trip it was even possible to kitesurf both in the morning and afternoon).

What an amazing welcoming place to stay . Great food great rooms and loads to do even if you don t Kite Surf , like me . I had 2 great days diving , abundant marine life , healthy Corals. Perfect place for a solo kite traveler
Great experience staying with Kitesurfing Lanka! I had 9 night in an AC bungalow with the lake view, which was truest amazing. Food is good, cleanliness is top notch and most importantly the staff is truly the best! A great place to learn kite
This is a safe and lovely place to learn. Pick up from the airport was €85 each way, but it is a 3 hour drive (in a comfortable van with aircon so I slept most of it!). Arrived in time to sort room and do an afternoon lesson.
