Whether you’re a kiteboarder, wingfoiler, or simply here to experience island life, yoga at KSL supports your body and mind in every way. Yoga helps reduce muscle fatigue, improve mobility, and enhance recovery — so you can feel more energized, flexible, and tuned‑in, both on the water and off.
Our classes are inclusive and welcoming to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. Many guests combine yoga with watersports, while others join purely for the peace, strength, and mindfulness it brings.
Practice in a peaceful oceanfront shala
Classes take place in our beautiful yoga shala — an open space just steps from the sea. Here you’ll find a calm setting to reconnect with your breath and body as you move through mindful stretches, strengthening sequences, and breathwork tailored for all levels.
Whether you’re warming up before a session or unwinding at the end of the day, our yoga offerings are designed to support your well‑being. Sessions focus on flexibility, balance, posture, and conscious breathing — beneficial to athletes, travellers, and anyone seeking a deeper connection to their body.
Daily group yoga classes are available Monday through Saturday — see our Instagram or ask our team for the current weekly schedule.
